  • Pace Yourself – Slow down and counteract the “Troubled C’s” of relationships (criticism, control, contempt and contention) with assertiveness, acceptance and appreciation
  • Practice the Presence – Honor your spiritual needs and embrace a routine of reverence
  • Plan a Sustainable Life – Be the presence of grace for others through the Art of Companioning
